Chicken, Veggie & Rice Casserole

Prepare your rice according to the package directions.
In a very large bowl, combine rice, chicken, soup, milk, carrots, green beans, and tarragon. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Spoon into a 2 1/2 – 3 qt. casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes or until heated through.
Flip on the broiler, and broil for a minute or two, just to brown the bread crumbs. Watch closely so you don’t burn it.
